Cassia Gum (Pet Food Grade) is a semi-refined natural polysaccharide derived from the seeds of Cassia tora or Cassia obtusifolia.

It is primarily composed of galactomannan and is widely used as a gelling, thickening, and stabilizing agent in the manufacture of canned and moist pet foods.
