Guar Meal Churi is a high-protein, coarse powdered by-product obtained during the processing of guar seeds (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) for guar gum production.
After removing the gum from the endosperm, the remaining parts—germ and hull—are milled and refined into two forms: Guar Meal Churi (refined form) and Guar Meal Korma (coarser form). Churi is especially suitable as a protein-rich animal feed ingredient.
